We are Holly and Paul (and Leo!) – wife and husband team behind Kaito Coffee Roasters. Using a wholistic approach, we roast craft coffees with ultimate care, deep passion and a great sense of responsibility. And we do it in the quaint and quiet town of Hudson, QC, Canada.
Our goal is to showcase the spectrum of taste experiences that exist in the world of coffee. We do this by curating the coffees we source into one of our three collections, each defined by their own gustatory profile. Appealing to coffee novices and connoisseurs alike, these collections are designed to encourage anyone along their coffee journey.
All our coffees are responsibly sourced and meticulously roasted with an extremely high level of precision. Our focus is to find the ideal roast profile for each coffee, and to roast each and every batch to those exact parameters. We believe that this scientific approach to roasting is the only way to consistently unlock the full flavour potential of coffee.
